Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have ONE of the following:
- CFESA certification in electric, gas, steam or refrigeration
- Two year degree in the electrical or refrigeration field
- Two years experience in a field repair environment
- Military experience in an electronic or refrigeration related field
In addition to these requirements, you:
- Must have EPA Section 608 Certification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clear record over past 3 years
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call duty
Required Skills
- The ability to work independently with little supervision
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose & repair a wide range of equipment
- Ability to type and use Outlook Express, Word, and Excel
- Possess quality hand tools
- A willingness to continuously advance knowledge, skills and abilities
Essential Duties of Position
- Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair a wide range of equipment
- Effectively manage and maintain parts inventory
- Respond to service requests within required time periods
- Maintain tools and test equipment in service-ready condition
- Perform service in compliance with industry standards
- Complete paperwork clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- All other duties as assigned
